BAA status: Twilio, Anthropic, and Supabase are all HIPAA-eligible. We're formalizing the BAA chain — targeted 2026-Q3 (see /orbit/security for the honest read).
Today's recommendation: if you're a medical practice that needs a signed BAA before deployment, we're not yet the right vendor.
