Payment processing
Playbook uses Stripe to collect team fees, tournament dues, and lesson payments. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). Playbook never takes a percentage of your collected payments.

Start on any plan and add your card at signup. You won't be charged for 14 days — cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing. Keep going and your plan starts on day 15, or export your data and walk away.
What if my roster grows past the plan limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade. Data is never deleted; you just won't be able to add new players until you bump the plan.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Annual billing saves two months (pay for 10, get 12). Available on all plans at checkout.
Can I switch plans mid-season?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time; we prorate the difference to your next invoice.
