What sports does Playbook support?
Any sport. The practice plan builder, roster, schedule, and payment tools are sport-agnostic. Starter drill packs are included for soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, tennis, golf, volleyball, and lacrosse — and you can add your own drills for anything else.
Do parents need an account?
No. Parents receive SMS and email messages with magic links — they can RSVP, pay, and view the schedule without creating an account.
How does payment collection work?
Playbook uses Stripe to process team fees, tournament dues, and private lesson bookings. Standard Stripe processing fees apply. Playbook takes no percentage of your payments.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month, no annual contract. Export your roster, schedule, and drill library on the way out.
Is my players' data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Parent contact and emergency info is access-controlled so only authorized staff can view it.
