Is Radiance HIPAA compliant?
Radiance uses HIPAA-minded intake forms with consent capture, plus encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We are not a Covered Entity ourselves, but we support your practice's compliance workflow. Consult your compliance advisor for specific requirements.
Do you sign BAAs?
Not today. Radiance is positioned as HIPAA-minded software for cash-pay aesthetic practices that don't transmit PHI to insurers, so most med-spa workflows don't require a BAA from us. If your practice has an MD on staff filing insurance claims, or you handle PHI that requires a BAA, contact us at hello@bizbottech.com — BAA support is on our 2026 roadmap and we can scope your specific need.
Do clients need to download an app?
No. Clients book, complete intake forms, and receive communications via a mobile-friendly web link. No app download required on either side.
Can I migrate from Vagaro or Jane App?
Yes. Export your client records and treatment history from Vagaro or Jane App as CSV, send them to us during onboarding, and we'll help you import them so you start with your history intact.
How do I handle no-shows?
Radiance includes a no-show cost calculator to quantify the impact and help you decide on a deposit policy, plus copy-paste reminder and rebooking templates. Automated SMS/email reminders and deposit holds are on our roadmap — today, the client portal and templates make manual follow-up fast.
Can I cancel anytime?
