What You'll Need Before We Start

Share Your Website URL, Services, and FAQs

Email this info to hello@bizbottech.com with the subject: "Chatbot Setup – [Your Business Name]".

  • Your website address (e.g., smithplumbing.com)
  • A list of every service you offer — even a rough bullet list works
  • 5–15 FAQs and their answers (think: what do customers call or text you about most?)
  • Your business hours and the best phone number for urgent questions
  • What you want the bot to do when someone wants to book — call you, fill out a form, or just give them your number?
Great FAQ examples: "Do you offer free estimates?", "How soon can you come out?", "Do you work on weekends?", "What areas do you serve?", "What brands do you carry?"

bizbot Trains Your Chatbot

Our team feeds your info into the chatbot and trains it on your specific business. It learns your services, FAQ answers, hours, and how to handle common requests.
