SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging program operated by BizBot Technology LLC ("BizBot", "we", "us") for users who create an account or request contact through bizbottech.com or any BizBot vertical subdomain (siteline, agentedge, wattworks, vitalcoach, casefile, yeschef, horizon, cutroom, and others listed at bizbottech.com).
1. Program Description & Message Types
When you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box at signup or on a contact form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from BizBot related to your relationship with us, including:
- Account & onboarding notifications — account creation, verification, welcome steps, password resets.
- Service & system alerts — status of your AI receptionist, integrations, usage warnings, outages.
- Transactional reminders — billing, renewal, trial-ending, and invoice notices.
- Appointment & task confirmations — calls scheduled with BizBot staff or AI follow-ups.
- Occasional product updates — new features, important policy changes, or surveys.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in by entering your mobile number on a BizBot web form (for example, /signup.html, /contact.html, or any vertical signup page) and checking the clearly-labeled SMS consent box that states: "By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from BizBot Technology LLC…" The consent box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any product or service.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Most users receive fewer than 10 messages per month.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details. BizBot does not charge for SMS messages sent under this program.
5. How to Opt Out — Reply STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send additional SMS messages. If you want to resume, sign up again on our site or reply START.

7. Carriers & Delivery
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is available in the United States only.
8. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, share, or lease your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS content with any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages described above and is processed by our communications provider (Twilio) under a data-processing agreement. 9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
